On a Sunday night, I am so god damn bored!! Tis kind of bored feelings has not "visited" me for a long while now. The point is, I am so bored! I could do something constructive like prepare a lesson plan or what nots, but I choose not to. At least not on a weekend.
Another reason to explain the boredom is the off season of the European leagues. The programmes on TV is so god damn boring; be it free to air channels or paid TV channels! The only consolation tonight was, the Incredible Tales. And Euro 08 matches are at midnight or 2.45 am. Bummer!
Today, I was a little constructive. I cooked my own meal. Pasta au gratin. Yummylicious, highly recommended for cheese lovers like me. And I also baked Choc Cheese muffins. Something is just so isnt right abt the muffin.. Probably the next time I bake that, I will use HK flour instead of cake flour. And of course... I need really huge eggs!
Adik called me a while ago. He requested for me to share the au gratin. He loves that dish as well cos its really cheesy and he loves cheese a lot! I will make sure I baked the au gratin when he comes for his next visit.
Sometimes, I wish I could stay in the kitchen and cook the whole day. But, back to reality, ingredients need to be bought with money. And I need the money to survive. So yes, back to work, I guess!
