Woke up at abt 9-ish in the morning after some 10 odd hours of sleep. Today I had another round of an afternoon invigilations going on and a plan to have dinner with the close buddy. The morning when I woke up, I did some useful stuff, to catch up with some friends and stuff. Den it was getting ready for the invigilation. Talked to the buddy for quite a while, made it to the exams' centre with some minutes to spare.
Today's invigilation was quite easy no funny stuff went on till the end of the exams when this bugger was bitter for having to fill up a form in the middle of the exams cos he did not bring his identification proof. It just need a minute to do so anyway but if you decline to spare that 1 minute, you can always say, "can I do it later?" and end the story but he chose to throw a fuss.
So after the exams, I had a message on my mobile saying that results' are out (like finally)! But problem was, I do not have access to a pc or an internet connection. I was frantically looking for one till I had to text the partner for a solution. That guy don't normally give me the answer I wanted, so its as good as don't ask him. Somehow, luck was on my side.. found a library and managed to log in to peek at my results.
I don't know if I should be happy or upset at it. Firstly, I did much much better than last semester. Secondly, I had an assortments of B's, yes no A's as I had targetted cos for one module I studied so hard but at the end of the day, I read the question wrongly and lost 20 marks ( I think I mentioned this in my earlier posts dd in March). Thirdly, I scored a B+ for a module which I had scored a C for the earlier module which accounts to 40% of the total marks (again, read the earlier post somewhere b4 my 25th Birthday). That module really costs me to be devastated cos I put in really hell of alot of effort in that essay. In fact during the exams I was so can't be bothered that I hardly studied for it, tried to read the book and notes but nth refused to go in the head yet I was trying to change the C grade in a B grade even if it was a B-, I am going to be fine with it. Though I am doing a Malay Spec programme, I had never scored anything lesser than a B grade for my English modules and I wouldn't want to tarnish that record. So yeah, it was really a feat to get a B+ from a C. I am surprised cos sometimes it amazes me that when I studied I get disastrous results and when I dun, my results are better than expected.
Fourthly, I did managed to get better grades for my examinable modules which was interesting esp for Sastera given that I didn't had much mood to read up except for bull shitting my way thru. All I remembered was, I met Atie and Hafiz when they collected Atie's bodyshop stuff and they making fun of me and that bangla guy, I felt emo each time I touch my Sastera notes and only memorising some poem in the wee hours of the mrng b4 the exams cos I couldn't sleep. Yeah everything was seems so untrue.
Anyway, perhaps everyone got the kind of results they wanted hence everyone was happy today. Most of us are broke after the holiday trip and pay day is only next week. Hahah... Planned to have dinner at Amk Hub but the place we wanted wasn't there anymore. So we ended up at Adam Road. After laughing ourselves thru each other silly antics, we made our way to The Rail Mall ( I was right, Erman said it was Railway Mall!)
There, we shared ghost stories and all.. laugh and laugh non-stop. So dinner was supposed to be at abt 9 pm, postponed till after 10 pm. Left Adam Road at about 12 am and stayed at The Rail Mall till about 3 am. And the best thing, I have invigilation at 1430 hours and gotta report at 1330 hours! And here I am.. updating my blog! (Time check: 4.02 am) Hahahha!!
I guess I will log in tmr mrng and do my printing tmr. Can't log in to portal, so can't print my results! Sheesh! Alright, toodles!
