This happened last night or rather in the wee hours of this morning. I wanted to blog it earlier but was too tired. My brain cells weren't co-operating and I have several reports to complete before my trip. Hence, I'm blogging it only now.

It had been a while since I last talk to him. Him refers to the guy who caused distractions to my life during the exams period. The last we had a good talk was when we made peace during the exams period. Then, both of us were occupied with the examinations. After I completed my exams, he was still struggling to complete his exams.

While he was busy with his exams, I was hooked to online games and my feelings for him has since faded. But one thing for sure, we're still the best of friends.

So last night, I met him. I broke the news about my results to him. As expected he was disappointed. He'd always wanted me to be a straight A student. Well, I have never been a straight A student but I do boast excellent results during my Primary 6 prelims where I emerged the top student of my class and in Sec 2 where my end of year results were amazing! I'd even beat the top Science student den. But since then, I lost my directions and my grades start to go downhill.

However, this sem's result is something I can be proud of because I passed all my modules with consistent results. However, getting B's isn't sufficient in his dictionary of academic results. He's so hard to please! Yes, he's aiming for straight As this sem and he expects me to do the same.

My dear, this is your final year. I understands how important it is for you to get all the As. I've seen you achieving excellent grades since we knew each other 5 years ago. Your academic achievements were simply just too excellent. From ITE to poly to NUS. That is the reason why I salute and respected you. This is also why I made you my role model.

However, do remember.. while you were busy with the paper chase, I was working. And after 4 years, I am finally going back to school again. Achieving straight Bs is an achievement given the bad record I'd always had. I'll promise you, I'll make significant improvements next sem just for you.

Yesterday, I also told him that I'll be lonely after he graduate next sem. There won't be anyone to study with me in the wee hours of the morning, there won't be anyone to share tips on essay writings, etc. But he assured me that he'll still try to be there for me and told me that a year will go by very quickly.

Thank you my dearest friend. You're simply the best though you're always out to irritate me!

In my last post, I posed a question on my blog. Is my grasp of the English Language really that bad to the point that there are some buggers who still failed to understand it? Seriously, I am confused right now because I've just received two emails which do not adhere to my given instructions! Urgh..!

Ironically, if my English were that bad... I wouldn't be getting B+ for attempting NUS' essays. And I wouldn't be getting B+ for my exams for an institute of NTU!! Damn buggers, thank you for making my life miserable and adding on to my misery. Do this more often and you'll be rewarded. Fark!

Obviously, I am really pissed right now. Really am for several reasons. Of course, the very first issue is with regards to the 'failing to read instructions thus making it seemed that my English was atrocious'! Secondly, the issue on some people who takes advantage of me and getting the grades without having any clear conscience. Thirdly, some people are just ingrates.

Got my results yesterday. Bittersweet moments. Or rather, unexpected results; negatively and positively. I am glad that I did passed my two examinable modules with grades that I don't think I deserved because I daydreamed during lectures, I don't revised during my free time(like I really have free time!) and I didn't concentrate during the study break. Remember, I was disturbed my his presence at that time??? So honestly speaking, I don't deserved this grades but perhaps this was the reward I get for dilligently doing the nerve wrecking reports and essay. So thank God!

Unfortunately, I had expected to get at least 3 As this sem but unfortunately it was greeted with 4 Bs! Like what the heck!! It got to be the citations which is really crappy and brought down my marks real bad. I better consult him to ask for tips on citations. Haha..

I wouldn't say I am pleased with the results but I am glad nonetheless. With so many people around giving me their support, I find its difficult to disappoint any of them especially to those former customers. Like Adrian told me, "if it isn't easy, den its not for you."

I am going to bounce back come next semester. After this Saturday's event, I have nothing else to worry and will concentrate on my academic performance. I am sure he'll be disappointed to hear my grades but he'll do his best to encourage me. And btw... he's no longer occupying the No. 1 spot in my heart! *Grins*

Tell me, is my English that atrocious? I am baffled by the fact that many couldn't understand my simple English. Things like DATELINES and INSTRUCTIONS. My English can be a bit haywire when I am sleepy but those mistakes would be just spelling errors and extra or missing words which can be depicted easily. But that happens only in my blog entries. However, in official e-mails, I will go through it times and again to make sure it is clearly understood. Ironically, it is the same batch of buggers who simply couldn't understand my english. Even so, they didn't have the initiative to ASK! Urgh!!!

I am really at the brink of giving up. It had come to a point where I do not know what to do next and how to get it right. I am sick of them all. Really sick of them. Tell me what should I do?

On a lighter note, United won their match at Anfield last night against their arch rivals, Liverpool. On normal occasions, I would be very satisfied with the win. I would taunt their supporters even if they win 1-0. But last night win, I would say... United was simply lucky.

They weren't the better side last night. Liverpool was (though I know I shouldn't be saying this but, give credits where its due). Unfortunately in a game like soccer, if you don't score, you don't win. As simple as that. Despite the number of opportunities that came their way, the Liverpool players failed to convert. They failed to capitalise on the fact that van der sar and gang had a couple of miscommunications at the backline. And, as for United, they converted their chances well. The Liverpool players did a good job at shutting the United players out but then again, it was a night that United got lucky. And, yes it was a night to celebrate especially a win against your arch rival; no matter what the score line is. Advanced Merry Christmas to all the Red devils' fans!

It was hell of a busy day for me today. Had a meeting with Mark this morning and I woke up at freaking 7 am! Dave was amazed when he saw me online at 8 am, given the record that I have; clocking long sleep hours ever since school ended for the year.

I had some tasks to complete today. Running errands, meet up with some former customers, complete my surveys and stuff like that on the cards today. I had everything all planned out nicely. But, given the fact that I loves to procrastinate and loves to take my own sweet time, everything went haywire.

Planned to wake up at 8 am but a weird sickening dream woke me up at 7 am. Fine. Went online. Terrible mistake because it leads me to be engaged in some addictive online games. Thanks to that, I showered at 9.20 am instead of the planned 8.45 am. My appointment was at 10.30 by the way.

Chill. Still have time. Just need a mere 5 minutes to get to Harbourfront, I told myself. I got out of the shower at 9.40 am. Chill. I have 20 minutes to get ready. And after putting on my clothes, my make-up and was preparing to comb my hair, the alarm rang to notify me about the reminder I set. It's Big Daddy's 51st birthday today.

As I was deciding on how to make my hair, I found a white strand of hair. Damn. Pull it out with much difficulties. To my horror, it was actually 3 strands of white hair sitting side by side! Damn. That's how stressed I am and how stressed I have been!

By the time I was done with my make up and all, my watch reads 10.20 am! I freaked out. Remember, 10.30 am appointment. Though just 5 minutes to get there, still the bus waiting time can be up to half an hour especially on non peak hours. I was freaking out. Quickly went downstairs. Missed the bus. Walked all the way down to reach the other bus stop to board other service numbers. After a while, the bus finally came.

Did I make it? Yes, I did. In a record time. 10.30 am on the dot. Phew...

Had some chatting session with Mark and Dale, got them to complete my survey. Even got my former boss to complete the survey and catch up with some updates or whatnots. I remembered my svigerfar wanted to meet up with me if I was in the area. Sms him but no reply. Sms-ed Dave instead and chatted with him over lunch. Met up with Santi, James and Karen after that. And I went off for a break. Run my errands. Bills to pay. Shoes to buy. Had planned to go to town as well but yeah the Young Lions game was calling. And the badminton finals as well.

So I decided to postpone the trip to town until further notice.

It had been a great Friday I must say. If only holidays are this fun all month! Lol..

In the wee hours of the morning earlier on, I wrote a lengthy post of how I was missing the former customers. Especially with the Christmas season approaching fast and what a wonderful Christmas I had with them over the years.

And, surprise, surprise! A huge surprise it was because they were thinking the same thing as me. When I switched on my lappie this morning, there were 5 unread e-mails. One of them came from one of my former customers. Yeah, been planning to write to them but time was always not on my side and when it was, I would be busy playing games and it was only when I switched off my lappie/pc that I realised that I have forgotten to get in touch with them.

I was exhilarated to received that e-mail. And yes, some meet ups were on the cards. I better get my arse moving and start/end my event's stuff ASAP so that I can enjoy my days with all the people that matters. Friday, Saturday and Sunday is fully occupied. Wow!

And today, I met James. We chatted a while. And what he said was an honour and to say it in front of those people was even more sweet because it just shows how strong my reputation was. That's how serious they are even for the slightest thing. And, I am really happy that I matters a lot to them still despite months have gone by and almost a year into it.. I am still in their minds. I am feeling so blessed. So tell me.. how am I going to forget them? They do spoil me rotten and that's for sure.

Text the svigerfar this morning and he replied. He said I am so difficult to be forgotten. Lol.. How could I be forgotten? I was 'smitten' with his son long before I met him. I bullied my svigerfar by making him buy the drinks in his office vending machine. I went up to his office and check out his desk. I ran away with his 100+ drink. I took his cash of $40++ and returned it to him only after so many days of pleading. He made me designed so many out of this world patterns on his coffees. And many many more evil stunts by me. So... how could I be forgotten? Lol..

Going to write to some other customers now and start finishing my loose ends by tonight.

I am back. Back from a week long of hibernation with the lil' nephew. It had been hell loads of fun and would be even more fun w/o the continuous rainy days.

And, I have a confession to make. I am missing my former customers so much. Usually, during the month of December, I always have a lot of time to spare to catch up with them. Yet, with almost 3 weeks of my school holidays gone, I have yet to really sit down with any of them other then just the simple 'Hi' and 'Bye'. I have just took out my book of memories and went through all the good times I had with them, all the cards, wishes, gifts and pictures we shared. They are all safely placed in my memory book.

I badly missed my former customers. The very same people whom I lurve to tease non-stop. The Liverpool supporters, Big Daddy and Andrew (both left Singapore already unfortunately.. Big Daddy's birthday approaching soon). The Aston Villa Fan from Birmingham, Richard and his gang of Carol, Andrew Muthrie(who's too impressed by my memory and tried to give me tips which I oftened declined), Wayne, Garry Swaine (the boss of Richard whom I always teased to make sure a portion of Richard's bonus would goes to me cos I always gets Garry's orders right), Jamie Maryatt(the one I slowly reduced his Equal sugar intake to zilch), Caroline, etc.

The other gang from the same company, Hanna and Rama(now in Bangkok), Craig, Rosemary (retired but enjoying life) and Vijay. Also, there are Dave who's on my Yahoo! list and Chris who's now in London.

Also missing their presence, the Berg Propulsion team, whose Swedish boss came up with a new name for me since 2005. Mona Lisa. He claimed I looked like Mona Lisa (like which part bores the similarities??). He also claimed that I was interested in his married son(???). Ooh please.. I treated Hokard like anyone else. He also claimed that I should try to love his subordinate, Chia who calls me Lisa cos this guy has a car and a house. Am I money minded?? And of course.. Bjorn always claimed that I need to be married quickly. According to his reliable sources, the swedish gets married at an early age.. average age of 22?? Really??

Not to mention, the trios of Hogg Robinson Group. Regional Director David Pettigrew. General Manager Greg James. And, James Stevensson the only one whom I do not know of his position in the company but what I know is he used to be the General Manager of the HK branch or something like that. Been to their offices though. Missed them loads cos of several reasons..

I lurved to tease them and only I have that special authority to tease them. And, the trios really surprised me when they actually got me flowers on my last day of work early this year. It was special because they were special people and they are big shots of a well-known company. Their company is the 3rd biggest business travel company in Singapore. Yet, they gave their appreciation to a lil' unknown. And, I do know who their family members were. It sounds as if I am that busybody. But please.. they introduced their family members to me for God's sake.

Not to mention, I do missed the people who works for their rival company. Carlson travel. I swore I didn't leak out any business information. Hahhaa.. as if there was! I do miss Serina and her boss.. (his image is playing on my mind yet I can't remember his name! Gosh!). But most importantly, I miss my French eye candy!! This one I can't share.. sorry!! Hahaha.. And of course, the two 'bungas'!

Also on my list of I-MISS-THIS-PEOPLE: My ExxonMobil customers!! I do missed Colin and Terry. I do badly missed Kim. I do missed Aaron now in New Zealand. Yes, I do missed Tim. I missed Terry O, Terry Tablot and many more.

And I do miss the people from the other companies as well... like Steve from Kodak(they have moved out almost a year ago), missed Pete, Margaret, Ian, David and many more from Kraft. Also the chocs from Kraft! Hahaha..

More importantly, I missed my 'svigerfar' (father-in-law in danish). And of course... my ALFRED!! And how much I missed them..............

I am not sure how many of them I can afford to meet up with during the last few days of the holidays but I will try. This week will solely be focused on planning my event. Next Saturday is the BIG DAY. And people are running to me to give them allowance here and there. Blardy fark! Even my BOSS is on vacation till NEW YEAR! How crazy is it going to be? Should I make my stand firm? NO means NO? Or should I be sympathetic and gives in though no one is going to sympathize with me at the end of the day and NOT even a word of thank. What should I do?!
