After eons of years of not baking cheesecake, I finally decided to bake a plain one. But, everything seemed to go wrong this afternoon. However, the cake is ready. I am not sure of the result yet.. *fingers crossed* The top is golden brown. Too brown for my liking!
You see, baking cheesecake not only constitutes to high costs but its also time consuming. Though the cake is ready at 5 pm, I can't see the result till tomorrow morning as I need to refrigerate it overnight. Hopefully everything goes well...

Last night, my fingers got itchy. So, I googled for 'C's' name(this happens when one is so free and can't get to sleep despite being so sleepy). I did get information that I never knew. And yeah... I am now very pressured to match his educational backgrounds. I guessed, I have to be more disciplined from now on.

Ok.. got to sleep early.. early appointment at 12.30 pm tomorrow!
