The long weekend didn't really turned out the way I expected it. Ok, it started well enough with the night out at Eski Bar.
However, when I reached home.. I didn't actually do my work that I was supposedly have to finish before the lil' imp came over the next day. I was kinda sleepy by then as I started the day as early as 2.30 am! But still, I ended chatting with my fren till about 2 am! Terrible..
The next morning, I woke up before 10 am and managed to do some work despite nursing an 'influenza-ed' nose, cough and the impending sore throat. I managed to get some sleep after the medication before procrastinating to go to Vivo City. I spent some time online, before I finally got ready to make my way to Vivo. It was almost evening by the time I reached Vivo! And, the place was packed with human beings! I thought, the hype about it had died down donkey of months ago! Haiz.. perhaps it was because of the long weekends. I did some shopping and the blardy alarm was set off as I was walking out of Page One with my purchases! I was so pissed especially with the ever leaking nose!
The lil' devil came over at night. He threw tantrum at me when he was falling asleep. He didn't allow me to sleep on my own bed! Irritating. But, I managed to sleep before popping some pill and did some work.
Saturday was spent at the playground, roaming around the neighbourhood and doing some work and printing. After he fell asleep at night, I did some work again while waiting for the Man U game. That game really put me to sleep after seeing some misses and I know the outcome of the game. I managed to wake up a few minutes towards the end of the game. 2-0 was the score and the lil' devil was watching while I fell asleep! Haha.. In the end, I told him let's just sleep. The game is destined to be against us. But ironically, there was a goal scored towards the end.. does it help? Perhaps in the goal difference! The team have to buck up.. its already depleting in terms of resources and I gather Lady Luck was having an extended Easter Break!
Champions League in mid-week. Hope Lady Luck will be back!
Today, I am nursing yet another leaking nose.. I am going to send the devil home and will have to put my final touches to my work. It just never ends..
